How GR Plow Club works
Prices
One price for the whole season, set by the size of your driveway as measured from the satellite photo. You can nudge the size one step if the photo got it wrong; we confirm on the first visit.

When we plow
- The season runs November 15 to April 1.
- A plow run starts when the National Weather Service records 2 inches or more of new snow at the Grand Rapids airport. Dustings under that are not plowed.
- Your driveway is cleared within 12 hours after the snow stops. Storms over 8 inches: within 24 hours. Early Bird customers: by 7am on weekdays when the trigger is met overnight.
- 20 visits are included. Grand Rapids averages about 15 plowable storms. Past 20, each visit is $25, charged to your card on file.
- We clear the driveway, the apron at the street and a pass in front of the garage door. Sidewalks, steps, salt and shoveling are not included.
Paying
- Nothing is charged at signup. We save a card so snow day is zero effort for you.
- On the first plowable snow we text you, charge 50% of your season, and clear your driveway within 48 hours.
- The other 50% is charged on January 15. Referral discounts earned by then come off that charge.
- If you did not save a card, we text a pay link instead and head over once it is paid.
- Cancel free any time before the deposit. After the deposit, the season is non-refundable because your spot on the route is held for you.
Referrals
- Share your link. Any home within 0.25 miles of yours that signs up through it takes 25% off your season price, and they get $25 off theirs.
- Credits stack to 100% (4 neighbors) and apply to the base season price, not add-ons.
- A credit lands when the neighbor's first snow deposit goes through. It comes off whatever you still owe; anything beyond that carries to next season.
- Homes farther than 0.25 miles are welcome at list price but do not earn the neighbor discount.
The fine print
- Move cars off the driveway on snow days. We plow around anything left in it and do not come back for that storm.
- We stake the driveway edges at the first visit. We are not responsible for gravel pushed off a gravel drive, items left in the driveway, or cracks from freeze and thaw.
- Ice, hard pack and drifts from city plows are cleared on a best-effort basis.
- During a state of emergency or a storm that closes roads, the clock starts when roads reopen.
